Before shipping drones to Saudi Arabia and some other countries, a customs clearance permit is required from the customer. Please read the information below:
In order for us to submit a request to provide the serial number, please provide us with the following:
1- A valid copy of the operator's permit.
2- The drone link from the website or the order number.
3- Name and delivery address (not required if you have an order number).

After receiving the above requirements, the request will be reviewed. Then, we will inform you to purchase the drone and provide you the serial number and aircraft information to apply for a drone registration. After registering the drone, you should provide us a copy of the registration certificate, and we will provide you with the shipment label and port of entry to apply for a customs clearance permit. After issuing the customs clearance permit, you should provide us a copy of it and then the drone permit file will be prepared and shipped the drone to you.
- Wireless Communication Devices (Two-Way Radios):
The consignee (customer) must contact the Communications and Information Technology Commission of Saudi Arabia to obtain a permit to receive wireless communication devices in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Then contact us to provide the customer with the required information and provide us the permits to be included with the shipment.
