Usage Agreement
Introduction to the User Agreement:

Article Fifteen - Return and Cancellation Policy:
1. Without prejudice to the contractual and regulatory provisions of the warranty provided by the manufacturers in the country of origin of the product, service or postal shipment, after notifying the Oxygen and Helium store, the consumer may have the right to cancel the contract and return the product provided to him from the Oxygen and Helium store within the seven days following the date of receipt of the product according to what The Oxygen and Helium store sees it and pays all the expenses and amounts resulting from this return by the user, and he has no right to do so after the seven days have passed. · If the product is video tapes, CDs, CDs, or information programs that have been used.
· If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or anything else considered literature.
· If a defect appears in the product due to consumer misuse.
· If a store refuses oxygen and helium for any reason.
4. If the provisions of the aforementioned return policy are met; The consumer may have the right to cancel the contract and return the product to the Oxygen & Helium store with a refund of the amount paid after deducting what is stated in Paragraph No. 1 of this article.
Article Sixteen - Applicable Law or Regulation:
This User Agreement is governed and shaped by laws, regulations and legislation in general.
Article Seventeen - General Provisions:
· In the event that any contained material or clause contained in this Terms of Use is cancelled, or if there is any contained material or any clause contained in the Terms of Use that is no longer effective, such an order does not negate the validity of the remaining materials, terms and provisions contained in the Terms of Use and they remain in effect until notice. 5. This usage agreement shall not be canceled except by a decision issued by the management of the Oxygen and Helium Store. This agreement replaces all previous agreements and contracts, whether oral or written, if any.
